I hatred how she calls obliques “love handles” To me adore handles are what people call the fat which a little people get on the sides of their swell ( i have ‘em) obliques are muscle, adore handles are fat, everybody has obliques, not everybody has adore handles. AND dont be misled,doing go through excercises wouldnt give we a prosaic tummy. If we have a fat swell we wouldnt get a 6 pack from any ab exercise(alone)

@secretjones34 it wouldnt make your go through flat, it will only rise the muscles in your stomach. if we have fat on your swell we need to bake the fat which is covering up the muscle….

so when will u see a disproportion in your stomach?
